- ¾ cup fire-roasted diced tomatoes

- 1 medium tomato finely chopped
- 4 large scallions finely chopped
- 2 medium fresh jalapeno pepper finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer, close together, on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium.
- Add ground beef and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Season beef with oregano and salt.

- Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
