- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Turkey Meatballs:
- 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Bowls:
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the sweet potatoes on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
- Add the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined. Do not overmix.
