Fun but practical! Measurements are at 4 ounces, 7 ounces, and 10 ounces. Don’t forget to convert the points to your WW Personal Points for your individual plan.
Ingredients you will need:
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes washed
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 6 cinnamon sticks
How to make:
- Preheat oven to 375° F
- Cut sweet potatoes into 1 inch thick pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl combine honey and canola oil. Mix well
- Add sweet potatoes to the honey mixture and toss to coat.
- Transfer sweet potatoes to a baking dish and add cinnamon sticks
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove dish from the oven and turn the potatoes.
- Cook and additional 30 minutes or until tender.
