  • Preheat oven to 375° F
  • Cut sweet potatoes into 1 inch thick pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine honey and canola oil. Mix well
  • Add sweet potatoes to the honey mixture and toss to coat.
  • Transfer sweet potatoes to a baking dish and add cinnamon sticks
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove dish from the oven and turn the potatoes.
  • Cook and additional 30 minutes or until tender.
