Ingredients
- 12 ozs boneless skinless chicken breast diced
- 1 pkg chili seasoning mix (1 3/8 oz)
- 1 qt tomatoes
- 15 ozs corn drained
- 15 ozs kidney beans drained
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- ½ cup salsa
Instructions
- Spray a nonstick skillet with Pam; sear chicken.
- Place all ingredients in the Slow Cooker
- Cook on low setting for 6 – 8 hours.
