- 1 gala apple peeled, cored, & chopped
- 4 kale leaves chopped
- 1 cup fresh coconut meat
- ½ cucumber chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- ½ cup spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 lemon juiced
Instructions
- In a blender, add chopped apple, cucumber, coconut meat, spinach, kale, and celery.
- Add water, lemon juice, almond milk, and coconut water.
- Place lid on blender, and blend until smooth.
- Using a wire mesh colander, drain if needed.
