  • Preheat the oven at 450° F.
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil.
  • In a mixing bowl, add garlic and tomatoes.
  • Over the tomatoes and garlic, drizzle olive oil. Toss to coat.
  • Using salt and pepper, season to taste.
  • Transfer to baking sheet and spread out to a single layer.
  • In preheated oven, bake until skins start to brown, and pop. Approx 15 – 20 Mins.
