Weight Watchers Roasted Garlic Tomatoes
Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- 4 cups grape tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 450° F.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil.
- In a mixing bowl, add garlic and tomatoes.
- Over the tomatoes and garlic, drizzle olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Using salt and pepper, season to taste.
- Transfer to baking sheet and spread out to a single layer.
- In preheated oven, bake until skins start to brown, and pop. Approx 15 – 20 Mins.
