Ingredients
 

  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 large red delicious apples cored & cut into 12 wedges
  • 2 large granny smith apples cored & cut into 12 wedges
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, add water and butter. Melt over low heat.
  • Add in apples, sugar, and salt.
  • Cover skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the apples are just tender.
  • Remove cover, stir, increase heat to medium and continue to cook uncovered until apples are tender and the bottoms become lightly golden.
  • Flip apples and continue cooking until the bottoms become lightly golden.
