Instructions
- In a large skillet, add water and butter. Melt over low heat.
- Add in apples, sugar, and salt.
- Cover skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the apples are just tender.
- Remove cover, stir, increase heat to medium and continue to cook uncovered until apples are tender and the bottoms become lightly golden.
- Flip apples and continue cooking until the bottoms become lightly golden.
