Weight Watchers Simple Swiss Chard
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 bunch swiss chard stalks discarded, leaves cut to wide strips
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium heat.
- Add in garlic and stir and cook approx 2 minutes or until tender and fragrant.
- Add balsamic vinegar, and stir in the Swiss chard.
- Stir and cook approx 5 minutes or until tender and wilted.
- Season Swiss chard with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve.
