  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Prepare a 9×5 loaf pan by lightly greasing
  • In a large mixing bowl, add gluten free flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir to mix well.
  • In a stand mixer, or another mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer, cream together turrbinado sugar and butter.
  • Beat in maple syrup, eggs, and bananas until well mixed.
  • Add the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
  • Add the batter in the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake the bread in preheated oven for approx 20 – 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
