Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. Prepare a non-stick skillet by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using a whisk, whisk together ingredients.
  4. Heat prepared skillet over medium/high heat.
  5. In the heated skillet, add egg mix. Do not stir. Cook until the eggs are almost dry.
  6. Add 2 slices of American cheese slices on one half of the eggs.
  7. Add ham on the cheese
  8. Add 2 slices of American cheese on top of the ham.
  9. Fold the omelet in half.
  10. Serve.
