Ingredients
- 1 oz red wine
- 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp sugar substitute
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add wine, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic, sugar substitute, seasoned salt, salt and pepper.
- Stir to mix well.
- Over medium/high heat, bring to a boil, while stirring often.
- Reduce and simmer 30 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
