WW Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes cut large French fries
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- In a microwave safe dish, add sweet potato fries and water.
- In the microwave, cook on full power for 5 mins.
- Drain liquid off.
- Toss French Fries with lemon pepper, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place French Fries on baking sheet in a single layer, don't overlap
- In preheated oven, bake 15 minutes, turn and bake an additional 15 minutes or until crispy.
