Ingredients
- 1½ tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon coarse ground mustard
- 2 medium whole wheat tortillas warmed according to package directions
- 4 ounces cooked boneless skinless turkey breast chopped
- salt to taste
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- ½ tomato sliced
- onion chopped
- 1 cup lettuce
- 3 tablespoon reduced-fat Mexican style shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard.
- Lay the tortillas on a cutting board. Spread each tortilla with the mayonnaise and mustard mixture.
- Place chopped turkey in the center of each tortilla. Season with salt and black pepper.
