Turkey Cranberry Stuffing Lettuce Wraps make very good use of the foods that tend to pile up after a holiday meal.
Turkey and herb stuffing are warmed with onion, celery, dried cranberries, sage, and thyme, then tucked into crisp butter lettuce with cranberry sauce on top.
They’re ready in about 25 minutes, so there’s no need to turn leftovers into another full Thanksgiving-style dinner.
Each serving has three lettuce wraps and 30 grams of protein, making this a solid high protein lunch or quick dinner.
The cranberry sauce adds sweetness without needing another dressing or sauce, and the lettuce keeps the meal from feeling too heavy.
These are great when there’s plenty of turkey and stuffing left but nobody wants another plate of the exact same thing.

Ingredient Substitutions
Turkey
Cooked chicken breast can replace the turkey if that’s what is available.
Butter Lettuce
Romaine leaves can be used instead. Choose larger leaves that are sturdy enough to hold the filling.
Dried Cranberries
Chopped dried cherries can be substituted for a slightly different sweet-tart flavor.
Chicken Broth
Low-sodium turkey broth can replace the chicken broth.

Notes
Tips and Tricks
Keep the lettuce separate – Add the warm filling shortly before serving so the lettuce stays crisp. Chop large turkey pieces – Smaller pieces are easier to divide among the lettuce leaves and make the wraps easier to eat. Watch the cranberry sauce – A small spoonful is enough. Too much can overpower the savory stuffing mixture. Use leftover stuffing as-is – There’s no need to dry it out or change its texture before adding it to the skillet.Storing and Reheating
Refrigerator – Store the turkey stuffing mixture in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Keep the lettuce and cranberry sauce in separate containers. Microwave – Reheat individual portions of the turkey mixture until hot, then assemble the lettuce wraps. Stovetop – Warm the filling in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add a small splash of broth if it seems dry.Nutrition
