Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 bunch green onions cut to 3 inch lengths
  • 12 oz cranberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¾ cup sugar

How to make:

  1. Prepare a food processor by fitting with a medium sized blade.
  2. In the food processor, add cilantro, lime juice, onion cranberries, jalapeno pepper, salt, and sugar.
  3. Chop the salsa to medium consistency.
  4. Serve or refrigerate for later use. Serve the salsa at room temp.
