Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 bunch green onions cut to 3 inch lengths
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¾ cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a food processor by fitting with a medium sized blade.
  • In the food processor, add cilantro, lime juice, onion cranberries, jalapeno pepper, salt, and sugar.
  • Chop the salsa to medium consistency.
  • Serve or refrigerate for later use. Serve the salsa at room temp.
