Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • 2 avocado peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 large ripe tomato chopped
  • 1 sweet onion chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, add avocados, tomato, sweet onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and cilantro.
  • Stir to mix.
  • Add lime juice.
  • Toss gently to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
