Weight Watchers Avocado Salad
- 2 avocado peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 large ripe tomato chopped
- 1 sweet onion chopped
- ½ red bell pepper chopped
- ½ green bell pepper chopped
- ½ lime juiced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- In a medium sized bowl, add avocados, tomato, sweet onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and cilantro.
- Stir to mix.
- Add lime juice.
- Toss gently to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
