  • Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish
  • Combine milk, butter, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove saucepan from the heat.
  • Stir in the peanut butter and the marshmallow creme.
  • Stir flour into mixture gradually
  • Spread into greased baking dish and let cool.
