  • Place tomatoes and chilies, chicken broth, and frozen broccoli in a soup pot.
  • Bring to a boil stirring occasionally, reduce heat to simmer for until vegetables are tender, approx 25 minutes.
  • Cube Velveeta, add to soup.
  • Continue simmering until the Velveeta melts.
