  • Prepare a baking sheet by coating with Pam cooking spray.
  • Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, place chili powder, cumin, cauliflower, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake until preferred tenderness, about 15 minutes, stirring once during baking.
  • Bake approx 15 minutes, stirring once, or until at your desired tenderness.
