Weight Watchers Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. For the marinade: Using a large mixing bowl, add soy sauce, honey, oil, and pepper. Whisk to mix well. Take out a little bit and set aside to baste the kabobs when cooking.
  2. Add peppers, garlic, onions, and chicken to the marinade bowl. Stir to coat.
  3. Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of two hours. Can be left overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to high heat
  5. Remove chicken & vegetables from the refrigerator. Pour off the marinade and discard it.
  6. Alternating between each type, place vegetables and chicken on skewers
  7. Prepare the grill by oiling the grate lightly.
  8. Carefully put chicken skewers on the prepared grill. Brush with the reserved marinade and turn several times while grilling. Grill approx. 12 – 15 minutes or until the juice of the chicken runs clear.
