Tips and Tricks
Marinating Time
For the best flavor, let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours. If you have time, marinate overnight to allow the flavors to fully develop.
Skewering the Vegetables
Cut the vegetables into uniform sizes to ensure they cook evenly. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
Grilling Tips
To avoid dry chicken, grill the kabobs over medium heat and turn them frequently. This will give you that perfect char without overcooking the meat.
Serving Suggestions
Pair these kabobs with a light salad or whole-grain side dish to keep the meal balanced and nutritious.
