Weight Watchers Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. In a small saucepan, add ketchup, jam, onion, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and chili powder. Stir to mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes uncovered.
  3. Reserve ½ cup of the prepared sauce, and keep it warm for serving later, and transfer the rest to a small bowl to take to the grill.
  4. Prepare grill rack by spraying with Pam cooking spray. Heat grill to medium/high heat – approx 375° – 400°
  5. Put the chicken on the prepared grill with the bone side up. Cover and grill for 8 minutes. Turn chicken over, and grill another 8 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. Coat all sides with barbecue sauce.
  6. Serve with the previously prepared reserved ½ cup of barbecue sauce.
