Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. Add vegetable oil to a large skillet, heat to medium/high heat.
  2. Season beef strips by sprinkling with the garlic powder, to taste
  3. Add beef strips to skillet and brown.
  4. Move beef to the slow cooker
  5. In a small mixing bowl, add hot water and bouillon cube. Dissolve. Mix in the cornstarch. Dissolve. Add to slow cooker.
  6. In the slow cooker, add stewed tomatoes with juice, soy sauce, bell pepper, sugar, onion, and salt. Stir to mix.
  7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for 6 – 8 hours or on High for 3 – 4 hours.

    Can you please tell me if this can be cooked in an instant pot and for how long? Also if using venison does the cooking time change?
