Weight Watchers Grilled Hamburgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp black pepper fresh;y ground
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 hamburger buns – reduced calorie
Instructions
- Prepare grill or griddle by spraying with cooking spray.
- Preheat to medium/high heat
- Using a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt. Mix well
- Shape ground beef mixture into four equal sized patties, approx one inch thickness.
- Carefully place the hamburgers on the preheated grill. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes – or to preferred doneness.
