Weight Watchers Grilled Hamburgers

Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. Prepare grill or griddle by spraying with cooking spray.
  2. Preheat to medium/high heat
  3. Using a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt. Mix well
  4. Shape ground beef mixture into four equal sized patties, approx one inch thickness.
  5. Carefully place the hamburgers on the preheated grill. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes – or to preferred doneness.
