  • Prepare grill or griddle by spraying with cooking spray.
  • Preheat to medium/high heat
  • Using a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt. Mix well
  • Shape ground beef mixture into four equal sized patties, approx one inch thickness.
  • Carefully place the hamburgers on the preheated grill. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes – or to preferred doneness.
