Weight Watchers Grilled Honey Pineapple

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch rings
  • ¼ tsp honey
  • 1 dash red pepper sauce
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • salt to taste

How to make:

  1. In a large Ziploc bag, add pineapple slices, melted butter, hot pepper sauce, honey, and salt. Close the bag, shake to fully coat.
  2. Marinate in the Ziploc bag for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to overnight
  3. Prepare outdoor grill by lightly oiling the grate. Preheat to high heat
  4. Carefully place pineapple slices on prepared grill and cook for 2 – 3 minutes on each side, or until they are fully heated through and have grill marks.
