Weight Watchers Grilled Honey Pineapple
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch rings
- ΒΌ tsp honey
- 1 dash red pepper sauce
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large Ziploc bag, add pineapple slices, melted butter, hot pepper sauce, honey, and salt. Close the bag, shake to fully coat.
- Marinate in the Ziploc bag for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to overnight
- Prepare outdoor grill by lightly oiling the grate. Preheat to high heat
- Carefully place pineapple slices on prepared grill and cook for 2 – 3 minutes on each side, or until they are fully heated through and have grill marks.
