Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt – fat-free
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¾ cup avocado diced
  • salt to taste
  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped

Equipment you will need:

How to make:

  1. Place Greek yogurt and salsa in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  2. Stir in avocado, cilantro, onion, cumin and salt. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
  3. Stir in cumin, cilantro, salt, onion, and avocado until well blended.
  4. Cover and keep cold in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
