Mixing
Make sure your cream cheese is fully softened before mixing in the herbs. This ensures a smooth, even blend. You can soften it by leaving it out at room temperature for about 30 minutes or microwaving it for a few seconds.
Cheese
For an even melt and better flavor distribution, grate your own Parmesan and mozzarella cheese rather than using pre-shredded cheese. Freshly grated cheese melts better and tastes fresher.
Layering
When layering the pizza dip, try to spread the cheese and toppings evenly. This ensures every bite has a bit of everything, making the dip more enjoyable.
Vegetables
For extra flavor, you can sauté the chopped green bell pepper slightly before adding it to the dip. This will bring out its sweetness and add a nice texture.
Serving
This dip is best served immediately while it’s hot and the cheese is gooey. If it cools down, you can reheat it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, making sure to stir halfway through to distribute the heat evenly.

Weight Watchers Hot Pizza Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp green bell pepper chopped
- 2 oz pepperoni chopped
- 2 tbsp black olives sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, place cream cheese, basil, oregano, and parsley. Mix well.
- In a shallow microwave dish, add the cream cheese mix. Spread out.
- Using half of the Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese, sprinkle on top
- Pour pizza sauce on top, and spread out.
- Sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese, and the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sprinkle black olives, green bell pepper on top, and place the pepperoni on top.
- Cover and microwave on high for approx 5 minutes or until melted and hot. Serve immediately
