  1. In a mixing bowl, add flour, milk, and shortening. Mix well.
  2. Move dough to floured waxed paper.
  3. Flour hands, fold dough double.
  4. Cut out the biscuits using a biscuit cutter.
  5. Place biscuits on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
