  • Prepare the turkey breast by rinsing off and patting dry.
  • Trim off any extra skin, leaving it on the turkey breast.
  • Season turkey breast by rubbing the dry onion soup mix on the skin inside and out.
  • Place turkey breast in the slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 1 full hour. Reduce setting to low and cook and additional 7 hours.
