Weight Watchers Easy Grilled Chicken
Equipment
Ingredients
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- ½ cup Italian dressing
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
Instructions
- In a large sized mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, Italian dressing, and minced garlic.
- In the mixing bowl, add chicken, and flip to coat
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat an outdoor grill
- Place chicken on outdoor grill, and grill for approx 10 minutes per side or until chicken is done and juices run clear.
