A super easy side dish recipe with a 15 minute prep time.



Just toss all of the ingredients in the Crockpot and cook for 8 hours on low.

Made with frozen green beans, red potatoes, ham, onion, chicken broth, salt and pepper.

Weight Watchers Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes Slow Cooker

Ingredients you will need:

  • 16 oz frozen green beans
  • 8 red potatoes  washed & halved
  • 2 cups ham cut to bite size pieces
  • 1 large onion cut to eight wedges
  • chicken broth as needed
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

How to make:

  • In a slow cooker, add potatoes, ham, green beans, onion, salt, pepper, and broth.
  • Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 hours.
