Weight Watchers Herbed Cheese Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients you will need:

  • 4 ozs romano cheese – grated
  • 2 tsp basil – fresh minced
  • 4 ozs parmesan cheese – grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tsp oregano – fresh minced
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

How to make:

  • Preheat oven to 375° F
  • Prepare baking sheet by lightly greasing.
  • In a mixing bowl, add Romano cheese, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, onions, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  • Separate each biscuit to 3 pieces.
  • With a butter knife, spread the tops of each biscuit with the prepared mixture.
  • On the prepared baking sheet, place each biscuit piece in a single layer.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
