Tips and Tricks
Mixing
For a smoother texture, make sure your cream cheese is completely softened before mixing. You can leave it out at room temperature for about 30 minutes or microwave it for a few seconds to soften it.
Spiciness
If you want to control the spiciness of your dip, start with half the amount of jalapenos and taste as you mix. You can always add more if you want more heat.
Cheese
For an extra cheesy dip, mix half of the Parmesan cheese into the dip before microwaving, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Serving
This dip is best served hot, but if it cools down, you can reheat it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir well before serving again.
Garnishing
For a pop of color and extra flavor, sprinkle some chopped fresh cilantro or green onions on top of the dip before serving.
Storage
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Weight Watchers Jalapeno Popper Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 oz diced jalapeno peppers drained
- 14 oz chopped green chilies drained
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add mayonnaise & cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Add jalapenos and green chilies. Mix well. (Add more jalapenos if you like it spicy!)
- Put in a microwave safe dish for serving. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Microwave for approx 3 minutes on high setting, or until hot. Serve
