Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Jerk Turkey Soup

Ingredients you will need:

How to make:

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add garlic salt, cayenne pepper, allspice, ginger, and ¼ tsp of the black pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the turkey and toss to coat well.
  3. Let the turkey sit in the spices for approx 15 minutes.
  4. In a slow cooker, add contents of the mixing bowl (turkey and spices), chicken broth, onion, beans, tomatoes, garlic, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, and salt.
  5. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 – 7 hours.
  6. Stir in the cilantro and lime juice.
  7. Wait approx 5 minutes before serving.
