Weight Watchers Mango Sorbet Recipe.

A super easy dessert recipe.

You only need 3 ingredients to whip up this fruit dessert, mango, simple syrup, and lime juice.

If you don’t like mango, you can substitute your favorite fruit.

Gluten free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Lactose free, and Low Fat.

You will need a food processor and an ice cream machine to make this sorbet.

Weight Watchers Mango Sorbet

Ingredients you will need:

  • 4 mango – very ripe peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice

    ***Note: 1 cup of simple syrup makes for a pretty sweet sorbet. If you don’t prefer sweet, cut down on the simple syrup.

How to make:

  1. In a food processor, add mango.
  2. Puree mango.
  3. Add lime juice and simple syrup.
  4. Puree until smooth.
  5. Transfer to the ice cream machine.
  6. Freeze following ice cream machine manufacturer’s directions.
