Ingredients
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute
- ¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 cups cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, red pepper flakes and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in the cucumber slices
- Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
