BLT Pasta Salad Recipe
Equipment
Ingredients
- 3⅔ cups cooked macaroni
- 3 cups lettuce sliced thin
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups tomatoes cut to bite sized pieces
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup sour cream – light
- ½ cup mayonnaise – fat-free
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni, lettuce, bacon, and tomatoes. Mix by stirring with a large spoon.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, pepper, and salt. Mix well
- Stir in the contents of the small bowl into the macaroni. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
