What is meal planning
Meal planning, is planning your menu for each day, before that day comes. Some people like to plan their meals by the week, others by the month. You can have a designated cooking day and prepare all of your meals for a week, or you can just prep the meals ahead of time so you just need to pop them in the oven, or slow cooker at mealtime.
Another option is to make a large meal, and freeze the leftovers in meal sized containers for easy future meals.
Meal planning is a great way to help you stay organized and ensure that you are eating healthy. By planning out your meals for the week, you can make sure that you have all of the ingredients you need on hand, and you can avoid making unhealthy last-minute decisions. Planning your meals also helps you save money, as you can buy groceries in bulk when they are on sale. There are many different ways to plan your meals, so find one that works best for you and stick with it!
When you plan your meals ahead of time, you can make sure to use all of the ingredients in your fridge and avoid buying duplicate items. You can also find recipes that fit with your dietary restrictions or preferences. Planning out your meals also helps you stay on track with your nutritional goals. By taking a little bit of time each week to plan out your meals, you’ll be able to save time and money while eating healthy!
