Weight Watchers Beef Tips

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs beef sirloin cut into pieces
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup – 10 ounce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup sour cream
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, brown the beef tips in vegetable oil. Move beef tips to the slow cooker.
- Using the same saucepan, add onions and saute. Move to the slow cooker, placing on top of the beef tips.
- In the same saucepan, add the mushroom soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to mix, and heat. Add to slow cooker.
- Turn on slow cooker to high setting for 1 hour. Reduce heat setting to low and cook an additional 4 – 5 hours.
- Stir in sour cream in the last 15 minutes of cook time.
