- ½ cup pumpkin
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar substitute
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- pinch cardamom
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add pumpkin, oats, water, sugar substitute, pumpkin pie spice, and cardamon.
- Over low heat, cook 20 minutes or until at desired thickness.
- Serve
