  • In a large mixing bowl, add cabbage, ramen noodles, mandarin oranges, and almonds.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add canola oil, water, apple cider vinegar, and sugar substitute.
  • Pour dressing over the cabbage.
  • Stir to mix well
  • Serve immediately
