Weight Watchers Chicken Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
- 1 qt low-sodium chicken broth
- ยฝ tsp soy sauce
- ยผ cup green onions thinly sliced
- ยฝ cup baby green peas
- ยฝ cup cooked chicken breast chopped
- 1 egg lightly beaten
Instructions
- Bring chicken broth and soy sauce to a boil in a large saucepan. Add sliced onions, baby green peas and chopped chicken; bring to a boil again.
- Remove from heat; in a slow and steady stream, drizzle lightly beaten egg in the soup. Let sit for 1 minute for egg to set. Gently stir and slowly pour in bowls.
