Ingredients
- ¾ cup skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- artificial sweetener to taste (optional)
- ½ cup strong coffee very hot
- ¼ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- In a medium sized saucepan, add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and artificial sweeter.
- Over medium/high heat, heat until it just boils, stirring often.
- Take pan off heat and using a whisk, whisk mixture approximately 1 minute, or until it becomes frothy.
- In a large coffee mug, add coffee and milk mixture.
- To garnish, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder and a cinnamon stick.
