  1. Place a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add almond milk
  3. Whisk in pumpkin, espresso instant powder, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice
  4. Cook, whisking often for approx 4 – 5 minutes or until hot, but not yet boiling.
  5. Pour into your favorite mug
  6. Top with whipped cream and add a cinnamon stick.
