Weight Watchers Turkey Burgers with Brie Cheese Recipe. Turkey burgers are a great way to change up your burger routine. The cranberries and brie cheese make these turkey burgers extra special, but the best part is they only take 32 minutes to prepare!

Turkey burgers are a delicious alternative to the traditional hamburger. They have a similar texture, but with an exciting twist of flavor because of all the spices and cranberries mixed in.

These burgers are also much healthier than beef burgers because they are lower in fat and calories!

This quick and easy recipe is great for leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Made in the broiler, it only takes 12 minutes to cook, and with a 20 minute prep time, they’re ready in no time. Great a busy weeknight meal.

Made with garlic, ground turkey, brie cheese, dried cranberries, onion, ketchup, and rosemary.

  • Prepare oven by moving the rack to 6 inches from the heating element.
  • Preheat oven broiler to HIGH
  • Prepare a broiler pan by spraying with non-stick cooking spray
  • In a mixing bowl, add bread pieces, boiling water, and garlic.
  • Using the back of a fork, smash to combine.
  • Add in turkey, brie cheese, cranberries, onion, ketchup, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Using your hands, mix well.
  • Divide into 6 equal parts.
  • Form each part into a patty shape
  • Place patties on prepared broiler pan, and place in broiler
  • Broil for approximately 6 minutes, flip and broil another 6 minutes or until a instant read thermometer inserted into the center of the patty reads 165° F, and when pierced, the juices run clear.
