Weight Watchers Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup fresh pumpkin or (15oz) can pumpkin puree
- ยพ cup light or heavy cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยพ cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1ยพ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐ F
- Prepare pie plate by spraying with non-stick cooking spray
- In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, pumpkin, cream, cinnamon, salt, Splenda, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.
- Pour the pumpkin mix into the prepared pie plate
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 – 40 minutes
