Weight Watchers Tomatoes Cucumber Dill Salad
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp fresh dill weed chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
- 2 cucumbers sliced
- 1 cup red onion sliced
Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, add vegetable oil, cider vinegar, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
- Add tomato, cucumber, and onion.
- Toss to coat.
- Let stand for approx 15 minutes prior to serving.
