Weight Watchers Twenty Minute Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1½ cup beef stock
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 16 oz chili beans – spicy undrained
- 6 oz tomato paste
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan cook ground beef, garlic, and onion on medium/high heat.
- Using a colander, drain off grease, rinse with hot water, put back in sauce pan.
- Add beef stock, tomato paste, chili beans, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Cover pan, reduce heat, and simmer stirring occasionally, approx 15 minutes, or until heated through,
