This quick and easy pizza recipe is healthier than traditional pizza, and it’s gluten free. Made with portobello mushroom, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, black olives, and garlic.
You can customize the toppings to your taste by using your favorite meats or vegetables. Or you can make it vegetarian or vegan if you choose.
The portobello caps are a great base for the pizza and can easily be topped with all of your favorite ingredients.

Weight Watchers Portobello Personal Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 large portobello mushroom stem removed
- 1 tbsp spaghetti sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices pepperoni
- ½ tbsp sliced black olives
- 1 clove garlic chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F
- On a baking sheet, place the mushroom, stem side up.
- In preheated oven, bake 5 minutes.
- Take out of oven, and add spaghetti sauce on top, and spread with the back of a spoon.
- Place cheese, pepperoni, olives, and garlic (or your choice of toppings) on top of the sauce.
- In preheated oven, bake again for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and lightly browned.
