Weight Watchers Mexican Pico de Gallo

Ingredients you will need

  • 6 fresh plum tomatoes diced
  • ½ red onion minced
  • ½ jalapeno seeded and minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ juiced lime
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch ground cumin or to taste
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

How to make

  1. In a mixing bowl, add tomatoes, onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Stir to mix well
  3. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
