Ingredients
- 6 fresh plum tomatoes diced
- ½ red onion minced
- ½ jalapeno seeded and minced
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ juiced lime
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch ground cumin or to taste
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add tomatoes, onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir to mix well
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
