Weight Watchers Turmeric Rice
- In a saucepan over medium/high heat, add 1 TBSP butter.
- Add garlic and onion. Cook until softened.
- Add basmati rice and turmeric. Stir to mix well
- Add broth, thyme, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 17 minutes.
- Add the rest of the butter, and stir to mix well.
- Remove bay leaf
- Serve immediately.
